Top Jeans Ltd., a sister concern of Shom Group, is a trusted and leading garment manufacturer in Bangladesh's RMG sector. We produce all kinds of bottoms for Men's, Ladies & Children on fabric of Denim, Twill, Canvas & Poplin, as well as Denim and Twill Jackets.

The company started its journey in June 2013 with 8 lines, expanded to 12 lines by 2016, and continues to grow with an ongoing 12-storied building construction and a new modern washing plant. We export to USA and Europe and are committed to workers' rights, safety, and quality.

Top Jeans Ltd. is 100% compliant with local and international standards. An Independent Quality Assurance Department operates directly under the Managing Director to ensure every garment meets buyer specifications.

Our current 15 lines are fully productive with all auto and modern sewing machines. IE-based layout and production planning ensures maximum efficiency. Total 1,300 skilled sewing operators work across all lines.

Auto Speeder cutting system with Auto CAD (2 sets) and Auto Print Marker (1 set). 130 dedicated cutting operators manage fabric cutting with precision. Fully stocked accessories store ensures smooth production flow.

230 skilled finishing workers handle quality checking, pressing, tagging and get-up operations. Each garment undergoes strict quality control before moving to packing. Crinkle machines (15 pcs), PP spray machines (2 sets) are part of our finishing arsenal.

Packing Section
120 dedicated packing workers in a secure, controlled packing area equipped with Hashima needle detector. Cartons are properly labeled with buyer marks and stacked systematically. Only authorized personnel can access the packing area with ID cards and in-out registers.
